For most of his working life, Adrian was practicing as a partner in a solicitor's office. He enjoyed the fast-paced lifestyle but at home, began to design birthday cakes as a hobby for family and friends. Adrian loved the work involved with baking and designing so much that he decided to leave the world of corporate law. He enjoyed it so much he decided to turn his skill into a full-time role a few years ago.
He can turn his hand to any design and has developed unique recipes along the way to cater for some dietary requirements.
Gluten intolerance, Dairy free, Egg free and Vegan are all catered for.
