Situated in Holbrooks, The Venue offers all your beauty needs under one roof.

Our extensive range of treatments include Hairdressing, Waxing, Massage, Facials, Eyelash & Brow Tinting, St Tropez and SiennaX Spraytans, Sunbeds, Nail Treatments, Manicures & Pedicures. We also offer Eve Taylor treatments and products, as well as a range of aesthetic treatments.

- Terms and Conditions:
At The Venue we are passionate about our work and guarantee all our work for 7 days.
If within that time you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please in the first instance call 02477 671168 where we can book you in so the problem can be rectified.
After 7 days all changes or remedial work will be chargeable.

- CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:
We value your business and appreciate your co-operation with our cancellation policy. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
We understand that life can get in the way sometimes and are sympathetic to certain circumstances.
Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice will require full payment to be made prior to future appointments

- BOOKING FEE:
A booking fee of 50% will be required for all new clients and any treatment lasting over an hour long.

- APPOINTMENTS:
Due to The Venue becoming increasingly busy would you please note that when booking an appointment it is for one person only so please come alone to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will not be able to have your treatment carried out and will need to be rebooked with a deposit payable.
Any treatments cancelled with 48 hours or more notice will receive a full refund
Any treatments cancelled with 24-48 hours notice can be rescheduled
Any treatments not cancelled within 24 hours or failure to turn up for your appointment will lose the full deposit
Any appointments booked in the future will be removed and any new bookings will require full payment.

- LASH INFILLS:
When booking for lash infills you must have 40% of your lashes left to be an infill – anything less is a full set.
