The Elegant Rose Cake Studio was founded initially over 10 years ago, albeit under a different name, we rebranded to the name you know today in January 2019.
Our cakes are often described as elegant, timeless and classic.
We’re passionate about what we do; from the initial contact to the cake delivery, a professional, personal and friendly service is what you can expect. By limiting the number of weddings we take on in a week, this allows us to take our time and enjoy the process, as sugar art is a labour of love. Because of this, dates do get booked up far in advance, so don’t leave it too late to contact us about reserving yours.
Based in Peterborough we cover the whole of Cambridgeshire, Rutland and Lincolnshire. We offer a consultation service, so that you can be sure of what to expect from us, and we know exactly what we’re designing in order to take the time and care that’s needed to create your dream cake. We are proud to say we were Regional Finalists in the 2019 Wedding Industry Awards and were also award Wedding Cake Designer of the Year 2020 by 4 County Wedding Awards.

Come along to a wedding cake consultation at our studio based in Peterborough for a cheeky glass of bubbly and to talk over your ideas!
Before booking your wedding cake consultation you will need to know a few things:
- Your Wedding Date
- Rough Number of Guests
- Colour Scheme
- Any Theming
The above will help us when we come to the initial consultation. Take a look at our portfolio page for some inspiration.
Initial Consultation:
You will come to our studio in Peterborough where we will go over flavours, design and colours. You will receive a box of tasters to take home and enjoy at your leisure.
The cost of the consultation is £15. If you do decide to book your wedding cake with us this is then discounted from the total cost of your booking. Once booked you will also receive a sketch design of your cake design.
You will have a final meeting around 6 – 8 weeks before the wedding, with the final balance of your cake being due no later than 6 weeks before the wedding.
