Hi, I'm Sophie, a Coventry based baker who has been decorating cakes professionally for the past 4 years, and completed an apprenticeship in hospitality and catering.
During lockdown of 2020 I was furloughed from my decorating job. This was a blessing in disguise as it allowed me to focus on setting up my own business making beautiful, bespoke buttercream creations. After a few months of hard work and support from my family and partner RoxxBakes was born.
