Hi,I make Cupcakes and any occasion cakes to order. I have been baking for years as I love it but it has really taken off since I made my friends wedding cupcake tower in August 2010.

I have done lots of different cupcake occasions and birthday cakes etc since then.I hold the Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 certificate and In April 2011 I successfully registered my kitchen as a small business with the local council, where I have been awarded the maximum of 9 stars, in April 2012, the system was changed to National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme, where I was awarded the maximum of 5.

I have 3 children and work part-time at a local hotel so this really fits in well and I am loving it!

I make a variety of flavoured cupcakes including Vanilla, Cherry Bakewell, Lemon(including lemon meringue and lemon curd) - Chocolate and Chocolate Nutella ,Coffee, Baileys & White Chocolate, Raspberry and White chocolate, Orange, Coconut but will make anything on request!

I can cater for a variety of dietary requirements. I make Gluten Free, Eggless/ Vegan Cakes.

I can make any flavour sponge Vanilla, Lemon, Chocolate etc. I also make Fruit Cakes decorated in either marzipan and royal icing or marzipan and rollout icing. If you would like a simple sponge cake or fresh cream gateau for tea, I can also cater for that.
