Picture your mandap or civil ceremony under the intricately detailed ceiling of the Ballroom, cocktail hour with the grand arched windows of The Saloon as your backdrop, dining in the magnificent Chapel, and dancing the night away in The Refectory.
Our spaces cater to a range of functions and capacities:
- The Chapel: Perfect for wedding receptions or ceremonies, accommodating up to 200 guests.
- The Ballroom: Ideal for civil ceremonies (up to 150 guests) or intimate wedding banquets (up to 120 guests).
- The Saloon: Serves as a multi-purpose venue for civil ceremonies (up to 100 guests), wedding banquets (up to 80 guests), or standing receptions (up to 150 guests).
- The Refectory: A perfect setting for wedding banquets (up to 170 guests) or lively evening receptions (up to 200 guests).
In addition, we have several lounge and bar areas for you and your guests to unwind and enjoy throughout the day.
The Bridal Wing at Hawkstone Hall is designed with the utmost care, offering an elegant space for brides and bridesmaids to prepare on the wedding morning. This bright and spacious area includes hair and makeup stations, comfortable seating, personal Butler service, and space to relax with a breakfast buffet, providing a serene setting for pre-ceremony anticipation.
To ensure a restful night before the big day, our Bridal Preparation Suite is equipped with a 7ft 'Emperor' size bed, promising a luxurious night's sleep.
Beyond the hall, our 88-acre property is adorned with meticulously curated gardens, offering a magnificent backdrop for your celebrations. From the Lily Pond & Rose Garden for your wedding ceremony, to the Orchard or the Lawns for a charming drinks reception, our gardens are a scenic wonder for your guests to explore.
As an Asian or Fusion wedding client, we welcome you to bring your own external caterers and suppliers who specialise in your preferred style. Furthermore, our venue hire fee includes corkage, allowing you to supply your own selection of wines, beers, spirits, and soft drinks for your special day. While our in-house bars won't be available for staffing by external caterers, our dedicated team will be on-hand to serve should your guests wish to purchase additional drinks in the Hall.
