My name is Ellie, and I am the designer and creator behind Craft House Magic. Through my podcast, I share my creative journey and crafty adventures. My shop offers a range of handmade project bags, hand-painted yarns, and crafting notions.

I specialize in free-motion/thread-painted project bags and hand-painted yarn, but I also stock needles, hooks, fabric, and other bag-making supplies.

I offer various bag sizes, including notions pouches, scissor keepers, and project bags. Free-motion or thread-painted bags are my specialty, though I also create quilted bags. Generally, small bags hold 1-2 skeins of yarn, while large bags can accommodate 3-6 skeins. Specific sizes are detailed in individual listings.

- Pre-orders and Custom Orders
Pre-orders are frequently available and typically take 1-2 weeks. I welcome custom orders and am happy to create personalized bags and yarns. Custom orders also have a 1-2 week turnaround time. Contact me at [email protected] for custom requests.

- Shipping and Delivery
Parcels are sent via standard Royal Mail international postage or first-class UK postage, which is not insured. A track and trace service is available for an additional cost but does not include insurance. UK orders typically arrive in 1-4 days, while international orders take 1-6 weeks. Delivery times may extend during busy periods or adverse weather conditions.

Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days in their original condition, with postage costs covered by the buyer. Damaged items will be replaced, and faulty items will be rectified.
