Here's a bit about me, the team and my background with animals. I now own 3 Dogs, 2 German Shepherd's, a Springer Spaniel & 2 cats.

I generally have a foster puppy or rescue dog in my care for reabilitation & training too. I know how important my own pets' welfare is so I can understand just how important it is for you to put your trust in us and thats how Carter's Per Services was established back in 2007 and is one of the longest standing pet care providers in the central Birmingham area with over 15 years experience caring for pets running this company.

I am insured through Pet Business Insurance, Police checked and First Aid Trained.

My passion and thurst for Knowledge of animals inspired me to obtain an OCN in Canine Behaviour, OCN in Canine health & welfare including nutrition and an OCN in Teaching dogs that i gained at Solihull College back in 2011/2012.

In August 2019 I was also awarded a Higher Distinction Level 3 CPD in Canine Nutrition and Higher Distinction Level 3 CPD in Holistic Health for canines. 

I have also had all sorts of pets everything from cold water fish, and an aviory of birds, Rabbits and Hamsters the list is endless we were a animal loving family! 

On my quest to fulfil my own dogs needs, i have also done multiple types of training - Kennel Club Good Citizens Scheme, Obedience, Agility training. Courses in Tellington TTouch,Tracking, Scent Detection, Schutzhund & Gundog work.

I have also tried various activities to keep myself and my dog's stimulated & happy like Canicross, Bikejor, Hiking and Canine Canoeing. 

Finding my dogs happy place we settled on Mantrailing, Scentwork and Paddle Boarding (Canine SUP) and following our (my) passion in 2020 i became an accreddited instructor with Mantrailing UK. In 2021 a Bronze level instructor with UK Sniffer dogs and in 2022 i achieved my Silver Level instructor status and activly train my dogs.

- Cat Feeding (In home visit for cats and small animals for up to 20-30 minutes. To provide fresh water, food, clean litter and to give your pets some care and attention in the comfort of their own home)
- Socialisation dog walks (Dogs are walked in small groups with periods of off leash play if your dogs training complies. Dogs are assessed to join the group with a trial period to make sure it’s suitable for your dog)
- 30 minute walks (1-2-1 walks (not groups) Your pet will be taken for exercise in your local area. Ideal for smaller or older pets)
- 1-2-1 Puppy Training (1-2-1 1 hr personal experience in your own home or book a 6 week course! Tailor made training for you and your dogs needs)
